Pu-Erh or Pu-er teas are teas whose leaves after fermentation are re-hydrated, to enable a further fermentation; they are called post-fermented teas.

Kate Krause of Clay Nouveau Studio has been producing pottery for 30 years. She earned an art degree from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania, but now resides in the upstate. Come in and see her Japanese-style tea set and yunomi tea cups.
