The loops of this towel are from a microfiber manufactured from 100% natural, beech wood cellulose, rather than a petroleum based product,which makes it totally environmentally friendly as well as a luxurious new kind of towel. The microfiber (Micro Modal) feels like cashmere with a natural luster that does not wash out. It is highly absorbent (50% more absorbent than cotton) and wicks the moisture away from the skin. Its light weight aids in quick drying in air and in the dryer thus using less energy than thicker terry towels. Ideal for boats and yachts as these towels won't develop a musky smell.
