Oolong Non Flavored Tea

Taiwan is a relative new comer to tea cultivation, having only started in the mid 19th century.  It specializes in Oolong teas and the cultivars for Tung Ting originated in the Wuyi Mountains of China.  

Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) is a Wuyi rock tea grown in the Wuyi Mountains. It is a heavily oxidized, dark oolong tea.

The most basic grade of the white tip oolongs. Fuller body and smooth taste.

Lightly oxidized, steeps light green liquor, slightly nutty flavor, light aroma with hints of fruit

Extra bold open leaf style. Steeps a lighter cup than the Ti Kwan Yin.
